The self-catering bungalows offer a great ocean view and the staff is very friendly and honest. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and the great swimming pool. the recent renovations have provided new furniture and TVs in the rooms.
The hotel is not very well located and did not offer any shuttle services. It is difficult to get to the city center or find restaurants nearby without a car.

The rooms were clean, the restaurant had a good variety of options, and the hotel had a nice pool. the hotel was located close enough to the airport and provided a shuttle service.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. They seemed to lack basic customer service skills and did not make us feel welcome.

We loved the bungalow that felt like a home with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and efficient air conditioning. The hotel's friendly staff, especially Jonathan at the reception, made our stay even more enjoyable with great restaurant recommendations. The location near the sea was ideal, and the proximity to a bus stop made transportation easy. Hotel facilities were spotless, and breakfast was a good start to our day.
All good.
